Crafting the tallest handcrafted wooden Vishwaroopam
Preserving the Soul of Woodwork, One Handcrafted Idol at a Time
At the heart of our workshop, a monumental vision is coming to life — India’s tallest Vishwaroopam handcrafted from pure white wood. Rooted in deep tradition and inspired by ancient epics, this masterpiece reflects the divine cosmic form of Lord Vishnu as described in the Mahabharata — a form that transcends time and space.
This sculpture is not just a work of art; it is a one-year journey of devotion, discipline, and intricate craftsmanship, involving the combined efforts of seasoned artisans and sculptors. Every chisel mark, every carved figure, is shaped with care and reverence, capturing not just the form but the spiritual essence of Vishwaroopam.

Shaping the Divine Form
With the base structure ready, our artisans have begun the meticulous process of carving. Each section is shaped with care, following mythological references to bring out the divine form of Vishwaroopam. This is where the sculpture truly starts to reveal its soul.

Block Assembly & Core Formation
After conditioning, the selected white wood is cut into smaller blocks. These blocks are carefully arranged and joined to build the basic structure. This stage requires precision to ensure a strong and balanced foundation for the detailed carving that follows.

Wood Selection & Preparation
The journey began with choosing the finest white wood, known for its strength and carving potential. The wood is then seasoned and conditioned to withstand the long carving process without cracking or warping — laying the groundwork for a lasting masterpiece.
